Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process through which interested adults are introduced to the teachings of the Roman Catholic faith and way of life.

This prepares unbaptized adults and members of other faiths who wish to join the Catholic Church for the Sacraments of First Communion and Confirmation.

We also welcome any adult who would just like to know more about their faith.

RCIA meetings are Tuesday nights at 7:30 p.m. on the second floor of  the Community Center.  In addition to our regular meeting we engage in other activities throughout the year.

Stories of others who have come to join the Catholic church

Scott &Kimberley Hahn on Journey Home

There are a large number of conversion stories on the Journey home, the  Coming home network website and we have a number of stories that are posted on the parish Pinterest site. It is easy to find a story or two of someone who has traveled your path.

Some of the materials that we have used in our RCIA formation process are available here.
